Hoffmann, D.D.S. Dr. Hoffmann completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Minnesota and graduated from dental school at the University of Michigan.  He has been a member of the teaching faculty at both the University of Minnesota and the University of Michigan Departments of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.  He received board certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1987.  He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, and the Minneapolis District Dental Society.  He is a Past-President of the Minnesota Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Minneapolis District Dental Society.  Dr. Hoffmann was honored with the WCCO Good Neighbor Award for his volunteer service in the Minneapolis community.  Dr. Hoffmann has been active for several years in Central American surgical missions and was honored with induction into the International College of Dentists.  Dr. Hoffmann enjoys practicing the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with special interests in dental implants, oral tissue grafting and temporomandibular joint surgery.   Paul C. Tompach, DDS, PhD Dr. Tompach received his Dental Degree from the University of Minnesota and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Iowa.  He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.  He is a member of the Minnesota Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, and the Minnesota Dental Association.  His interests include all aspects of oral surgery with an emphasis in dental implants and bone grafting. Dr. Tompach has been performing Botox® Cosmetic injections with very satisfying results.  He was  trained by Connie Brennan, RN, a nationally recognized expert in facial esthetic injections.  He has been performing therapeutic injections of the face and mouth for 14 years.
