of the patient or the patient's responsible party for all
charges incurred regardless of insurance.
Initial Payments
If you are covered by insurance, it is
customary to pay on the estimated portion of your co-insurance,
deductible or non-covered charges on the day of surgery.
We also offer financing with CareCredit which offers interest
free financing options.

Insurance
While insurance is a contract between
the policyholder and the insurance company, we will file
insurance claims for you in a manner to maximize your insurance
benefits for you. Oral surgery procedures may be covered
under dental, medical, both or not at all. Because of
this, we ask that you contact your insurance company prior to your
procedure to verify your benefits. |
